How do I track my order online?
When we dispatch your order, we will email you a tracking code for you to track the progress of your order.
If you’re concerned that your order has been lost or misdelivered, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible, so that we can investigate.
Can I receive same-day delivery?
We understand that sometimes you need products urgently. Although we aim to get your goods to you ASAP, we cannot guarantee same day delivery. We do however offer an Express Service in metropolitan Melbourne. Please contact us if you need your products urgently and would like to enquire about our Express Service.
How much do you charge for freight?
Freight charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Freight charges are calculated based on the location and weight of each order.
What is same day delivery?
Yes – Click & Collect Orders are available in Melbourne only and are to be collected from our warehouse at: 7 Astro Court, Hallam VIC 3803 (Open 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday).
You need to place your order before 2pm for same day click & collect. Orders received after 2pm will be available for collection on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for collection.
Same day click & collect is for regularly stocked items available in our warehouse. Custom made or sourced on request products are not available for same day click & collect.
Do I need to be able to accept delivery in person?
To make sure that you receive your delivery on time, please ensure that someone is available to receive your order.
In the event that no one is available to accept your delivery, please contact us at: [email protected] or call (03) 9708 6477 and we can arrange for an authority to leave unattended.
How long will my delivery take?
Delivery times will vary between orders – we’ll do our best to let you know when to expect your delivery, however this is largely dependent on the delivery service provider. Below is a guide of expected delivery times across Australia.
Metropolitan Melbourne Delivery: 1-3 business days
Interstate Deliveries: (NSW, SA, TAS, QLD) 2 – 7 business days
Regional Deliveries: 2 – 10 business days
WA & NT Deliveries: 5-7 business days

No – there is no minimum purchase amount required for online orders.

Do I have to set up an account to place an order online?
No – you can enter the site, add to cart then checkout as a “guest”. Just follow the prompts.
How do I use a coupon / discount code?
Enter your coupon code in the checkout to have the offer applied to your order. The coupon code field is located in the first stage of the shopping cart under the freight total. Press “Apply coupon code”, enter the coupon and press “apply”. The shopping cart will automatically update to include your offer.
How do I set up a trading account?
If you anticipate making regular orders and would like to set up a trading account / trading terms just contact us at: [email protected]. Our friendly customer service team member will provide you with the required forms to complete for your account to be approved for credit.
