Damaged Goods
If your goods are damaged or defective in any way on delivery, please contact us at: [email protected] as soon as possible to arrange a suitable remedy, such as return, exchange or refund.
Please note that you are required to inform us of any fault with the goods in the period from delivery until the fault or problem would reasonably be expected to appear. Based on the nature of our products, we estimate this period to be approximately 31 days of the Order date.
If your return is for a faulty product, we will arrange a courier to pick it up from you.
Change of Mind
If you are not satisfied with a Product, you may request replacement of or a refund for the Product by contacting us at: [email protected], within 31 days of the Order date.
Returns of Goods will only be accepted if:
- We provide prior approval of the return in writing;
- You obtain a return number from us;
- Goods are returned in their original condition and packaging, in full package quantities and in a resalable condition;
- A copy of the corresponding tax invoice is supplied with the Goods; and
- You bear all freight charges incurred in returning the Goods (unless otherwise agreed with us).
We reserve the right either to credit the Purchase Price to you, or to replace the Goods, at our absolute discretion.
Any credit granted by us to you as the result of a return will expire and become unredeemable twelve (12) months after the date of the grant, except as otherwise provided by law.
Custom and Special-Order Products
We do not accept returns or credit requests for custom made or special-order products that are not part of our stock range, unless there is a quality or damage issue.
Wrong Product
If we have sent you the wrong product in error, please contact us at: [email protected] within 14 days of the Order date. We will arrange a courier to pick it up from you and a replacement product or credit will be provided.
