Freight Charges
Freight charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Freight charges are calculated based on the location and weight of each order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Metropolitan Melbourne Delivery: 1-3 business days
Interstate Deliveries: (NSW, SA, TAS, QLD) 2 – 7 business days
Regional Deliveries: 2 – 10 business days
WA & NT Deliveries: 5-7 business days
Click & Collect Orders: – same day in Melbourne Only
Shipping to PO Boxes
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. Our freight partners deliver to street addresses only.
Despatching Your Order
All orders received for stocked items with available inventory before 2pm will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be processed the next business day.
Once an order is processed, we’ll do our best to dispatch orders on the same business day or the next business day.
Your order will be despatched with one of our freight partners. Expected shipping times are an estimation our freight partners provide and can vary depending on location.
For custom made or sourced on request products, same-day despatch is not available. Please note that there will be a lead time for these products, subject to product availability.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.
For regional deliveries, our freight partners may work with local carriers in your area, meaning this can take us longer to confirm tracking details while they work to get your order to you.
Accepting Deliveries
To make sure that you receive your delivery on time, please ensure that someone is available to receive your order.
In the event that no one is available to accept your delivery, please contact us at: [email protected] or call (03) 9708 6477 and we can arrange for an authority to leave unattended.
CLICK & COLLECT
- There is no additional fee charged to Click & Collect orders.
- Click & Collect Orders are available in Melbourne only and are to be collected from our warehouse at: 7 Astro Court, Hallam VIC 3803.
- All orders received for stocked items with available inventory before 2pm will be ready for collection on the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be available for collection on the next business day.
- For custom made or sourced on request products, same day click & collect is not available. Please note that there will be a lead time for these products, subject to product availability.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for collection.
- Orders must be collected within the designated pickup hours of 8am – 4pm (Monday – Friday)
