We understand that sometimes you need products urgently. Although we aim to get your goods to you ASAP, we cannot guarantee same day delivery. We do however offer an Express Service in metropolitan Melbourne. Please contact us if you need your products urgently and would like to enquire about our Express Service.
Freight charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Freight charges are calculated based on the location and weight of each order.
Yes – Click & Collect Orders are available in Melbourne only and are to be collected from our warehouse at: 7 Astro Court, Hallam VIC 3803 (Open 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday).
You need to place your order before 2pm for same day click & collect. Orders received after 2pm will be available for collection on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for collection.
Same day click & collect is for regularly stocked items available in our warehouse. Custom made or sourced on request products are not available for same day click & collect.
To make sure that you receive your delivery on time, please ensure that someone is available to receive your order.

Delivery times will vary between orders – we’ll do our best to let you know when to expect your delivery, however this is largely dependent on the delivery service provider. Below is a guide of expected delivery times across Australia.
Metropolitan Melbourne Delivery: 1-3 business days
Interstate Deliveries: (NSW, SA, TAS, QLD) 2 – 7 business days
Regional Deliveries: 2 – 10 business days
